1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately upon successful purchase, followed by a shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Timelines

Standard delivery within India usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier availability.
For remote areas, delivery may take slightly longer.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, courier issues, etc.), but we always strive to deliver on time.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for most pin codes across India.
Customers are required to pay the exact order amount in cash at the time of delivery.
Please ensure someone is available at your delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
Free shipping offers (if any) will be clearly mentioned on the product or checkout page.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and link via email/SMS to monitor your shipment in real time.

6. Undelivered or Returned Orders

In case an order is undelivered due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply in such cases.
