1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

2. Refunds for Cancelled Orders

  • If you cancel your order within the allowed time, a full refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.

3. Returns & Refunds (After Delivery)

  • We accept return requests only in the following cases:

    • You received a defective or damaged product.

    • You received the wrong item.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Certain items are non-refundable, including:

    • Customized products (if any).

    • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence after delivery.

5. Refund Timeline

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be issued via bank transfer/UPI. Customers will need to provide valid bank details for processing.
